The role – P&C Business Partner
We have great opportunity for an experienced People & Capability Business Partner to join our national People team. Based in Milton, and reporting to the People & Capability Manager, we are looking for someone who has a strong ER background, a solid work ethic, and a customer centric mindset.
This role will see the successful candidate working as a sole HR Generalist supporting our people leaders, predominantly in Otago and Southland. In addition, the successful candidate, in conjunction with the People & Capability Manager will assist with providing expert ER advice to support the people team and various people leaders across our business operations nationally.
What you will bring
A strong ER background, a tertiary qualification in HR management or similar (qualification desirable but not a deal breaker) and the following:
· Seven plus years generalist experience in a mid-large sized organisation
· Supportive leadership style
· The ability to work independently without needing supervision
· Strong initiative and can effectively prioritise work
· Competent user of Microsoft Office (SharePoint advantageous)
· The flexibility to turn your hand to any task that contributes to the effectiveness of the team and the business
